I just purchased my first ever property. It was unusual, because I already lived there as a renter and the owner decided to sell to me. While you would think, "what do you need a realtor for, that's easy to do by yourself!", I'm so glad I DIDN'T!! Backstory, Lupita has been my realtor a little over a year. Initially I was just sort of testing the waters and really unsure of whether I should or even COULD buy. She was always patient, checked in with me here and there and always offered her help. When the opportunity came up to purchase the place I was renting, I immediately got Lupita involved. In fact, had I not told her about it, I may have passed up an amazing opportunity! She has always had my best interest at heart and she advocated for me in ways I could never have done for myself! Always a phone call or text away, she helped me with any and ALL of my questions (if I annoyed, her, I never found out! LOL!). She also connected me with one of her experienced lenders and they helped make this all happen. She made things happen and worked all angles to get me an even better deal. Even since closing, she still touches base to check on me and was even willing go to my house so I could get my locks changed while I was at work! If you want someone who TRULY works for you, then I IMPLORE you to use Lupita as your realtor! She is an absolute champ. You will NOT regret it!!

If you need someone to get it done and fight for you, Lupita is your lady. Me and my partner got pregnant and we needed a home. I was recommended a male Realtor by a trustworthy source. That Realtor let me down..He let my family down. Completely unavailable and uninterested in us due to FHA loan… demanded proof of funds before he was even willing to show us properties. I was then referred to Lupita and the following day we were looking at houses. And she did not ask for proof of bank statements in order to feel like we were worth her time. Our realtor at the time could only do weekends and Lupita drove a couple hours to accommodate us the following weekday. She drove so far from my family and we had minimal deposit for an FHA loan of 3.5%. We clearly were undesirable by Other realtors, but she took us on and she fought like heck for us. My family and I would not have this home if it was not for Lupita. If you’re serious about buying a home, please hit Lupita up because she will fight for you and she will get your family in a home. But not only will she get you in a home she will make sure that the quality is great and that you’re not moving into something that has many problems. She is beyond transparent. She was able to get Money saved from inspections and other things because she fought for us. The Realtor I originally had never responded to my text messages and Lupita would respond at 11 PM, 1 AM, no matter the time. Me and my family are beyond grateful and when we do move one day again, I hope she is still in the business because again we would not have been able to do this without her. Pick Lupita!!! Your won’t regret it. She’s amazing!!! I’m not kidding if you actually wanna get in a home in a timely manner please pick Lupita.
